IVA Jewelry ships worldwide.
Orders are shipped through national postal services.
Estimated delivery within Ukraine: 1-3 business days.
Estimated international delivery: 5-9 business days.
Delivery within Ukraine is free for orders from UAH 10000.
International delivery is charged according to Ukrposhta tariffs.
After dispatch, the customer receives tracking information when it is available for the destination.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other destination-country charges may be the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by law or checkout terms.
Delivery times may change due to postal service operations, customs processing, holiday periods, or other circumstances outside IVA Jewelry's control.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns In Ukraine
For orders delivered within Ukraine, return is possible during parcel inspection and refusal at Nova Poshta.
After an order has been received, return requests, damaged-item cases, wrong-item cases, or other non-standard situations are reviewed individually after the customer contacts IVA Jewelry.
Exchanges
Exchange requests are reviewed individually. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order number, product, and reason for the request.
International Returns
For international orders, returns and consumer rights are handled according to the laws of the destination country and applicable distance-selling rules.
Before returning an international order, the customer must contact IVA Jewelry to confirm the return process, return address, and required details.
Damaged Or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include photos/videos of the packaging and product. These cases are reviewed individually.
